The road to the Village

The night
Our annual stage show, performed by our SEND children and their families. Our last three shows sold out. Your name is in front of the whole hall, and the families know exactly who stood with them.

These early costs are the ones no bank will lend against and no pre-sale can cover. Without sponsors, the road stops here.

Families reserve their homes
With land and planning secured, homes are pre-sold to TSC families. Those pre-sales unlock development loans.
The Village is built
The loans pay for construction. Finished homes are sold or rented, so the community pays its own way.
A home, and a job, for life
Our children live safely with lifelong care. Our young adults earn a living in the gardens, on maintenance and painting, and in the café.
